Return Process

  Securely place the eyewear in its original luxury packaging, including the protective case and microfiber cloth, to ensure no damage occurs during transit.

  Ship Your Package

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our team receives and inspects your return for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
